Asian Delight
Asian noodle dish with grilled shrimp or chicken
Asian sauce measure into a sauce pan 1/3 cup of soy sauce
½ cup of light brown sugar
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
Wisk in 2tbsp of corn starch
1 tsp of toasted sesame oil
¼ to ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
Mince or grate 1 inch of fresh ginger peeled
Cook on medium low heat until thickened, if sauce gets to thick add a small amount
Of water until it has the consistency of gravy

Buy whole wheat linguine cook as needed
Rinse the linguine with cold water and let it drain

You can add a bunch of radishes sliced very thin
¼ cup of cilantro chopped
4 scallions sliced thin
1 cup of peapods (string them first cut in small pieces) then Blanche them in boiling
Water with a small amount of sea salt for 2 min. and immediately put them in ice water
11/2 cups of bean sprouts
Add noodles with sauce then add grilled shrimp or chicken
Serve it chilled, Enjoy!
